Whether you enjoy spending a day fishing out on the lake or curling up in the sun with a good book, Brown’s Camp and its surrounding scenery is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We believe that once you see the location and meet our campers and staff you’ll fall in love with our serene spot and community atmosphere.

Non-Motorized Water Fun!

We offer a few kayaks, fishing kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and peddle boats for all campers an cottagers to use. They are first come, first serve and loads of fun!

R & R by the Lake

We have sun-lounge chairs set up by the water to soak up the sun and admire the lakeside atmosphere. These are first come first serve with lots of sun in the morning and shaded by late afternoon. We also have addirondack style chairs in a more shady area for all to enjoy.

Fishing

Fish in Crow Lake or cross over by boat to Bobs Lake to try your luck at fishing walleye, bass, pike or lake trout. We also have a separate fish cleaning house to clean your catch after a day out on the water! Boats are available for rent from the nearby Marina: Sharbot Lake Marina (613- 279-2952) ! With pre-booking through them, they can offer delivery and launching to our docks on-site.

Swimming

Spend the day soaking up the sun on our waterfront and swimming in Crow Lake’s clear, clean and refreshing waters. The lake’s pristine shoreline is a great place to explore and spot wildlife during your stay.

Cliff-Jumping

Take your boat over to Crow Lake Cliffs or Bobs lake Cliffs. Both are popular jumping rocks with locals that provide a thrilling cliff jumping experience, ranging from about 5ft all the way up to 60ft!

Amenities

We offer many amenities that make our campground feel like home for a week, a month or the whole summer! Our shared spaces include a pavilion, docking spaces which can be booked by the day, week or month, a small playground and a fish cleaning station.
